Please note that the airplane has hit the bird this time. I've tried to get a little neo-modernsitic, quasi-impressionistic and pseudo arty by adding that flower. Your criticism is welcome.
is there a reason why your plane is heading for the sun? i mean its not like its' going off into the sunset' or anything..ITS THE GODDAMN BRIGHTY BRIGHT SUN!!
Dear my fight, My plane is in the FOREGROUND. The sun is in the BACKGROUND. I've tried to give it some depth but that was difficult. So I added some arrows saying - 'backgrond' and 'foreground'. That seemed to be spoiling the aesthetics, so i left it as it is.
really Jon, your versatility amazes me. And oafs that will wait till you're knocked off to appreciate you sadden me! I mean, that dog is so realistic I can actually feel its smooth and plasticy fur! This is why I'm a regular on this site. *do i get my beer now or later?
hey, Its really creative jonathan. If that something you scribbled on your notepad and then developed it later, its good. You should work on your illustrative style (since you are a writer). You got a distinctive identity there. Do work on it.
much as it saddens me to admit this... I really prefer your writing :)
Not that the pic is bad. Far from it. The bird does look more like a rocket in the far-background, (is there such a thing as far-background?), and the sheep do look a little ridiculous humping together but other than that I totally get it!
um... and maybe you could just let me know who/what the fox (did I get that right?) is playing with.
Karan, i'm glad you appreciate the writing more than the art. But something tells me that that still wasn't/ isn't a compliment. Nevertheless, 1) the bird is spiralling downwards ready to get intimate with the ground. 2)THE SHEEP ARE NOT HUMPING! Jeeze Louise, they're arm in arm, drinking feni whilst a buddy has passed out. (quite contently i might add) 3)Those are BOTH dogs. (different breeds of course) playing chess with each other. Hope i've clarified things.
Izzy, keep trying to finish the latest ones, and these bastards keep telling me to do my work. What do they think I am.. some sort of Employee? Wait a minute... is that why....
well, didn't I tell you that the masterpiece is yet to come? This one is bright, fresh and sparkling. The flower is striking. Well done my boy! your art work really cheered me up!
